Spawns a yin-yang orb familiar that drips blood above Isaac's head. By killing enemies, it creates and stores red hearts for Isaac to use when needed.

Killing enemies with a total max HP of 50 + 30 × CurrentFloor will create half a heart.

If Isaac's heart containers are not full, they will be filled using the hearts within the orb.

This item contributes towards the Kindred transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make every 13th killed enemy drops a vanishing half red heart.
